Workshop and Hypnotherapy Session in our Thermal Rooms
Tuesday 10 July, 7.00-9.30pm – Helping you to Sleep Better
Good sleep is important for our physical and mental health, and a lack of regular sleep can affect your concentration, your mood, levels of irritability, motivation and can also lead to physical problems. Sometimes, there is an obvious cause of sleeping difficulties, but other times you may not be aware of the triggers. This workshop will help you understand the causes of your insomnia and will give you tools to help you to fall asleep quicker, wake up less during the night and go back to sleep quicker if you do wake up. If you have suffered from insomnia for a long time, the patterns of your sleep disturbances can become embedded in your subconscious. The hypnotherapy will suggest positive changes to break the negative thought patterns causing the problems.
Please bring thin clothes to wear in the Thermal Rooms. The rooms will be pleasantly warm although less warm than normal. The session will be led by Alan Whyke, a Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 10 years’ experience. Maximum 6 people per session.
